These terms of agreement govern your relationship with the product “Social Champ,” the Social Champ community, and the Social Champ mobile application collectively, also referred to as the “Service” or the “Platform.”
Subscription Terms & Refund Policy
Most parts of Social Champ plans are available on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle according to your initial plan. Billing cycles are based on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on what you initially select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless you cancel it before the next cycle.
We reserve the right to revise the terms of service.
A valid credit card is required for payments. You must fill in the required details, including name, address, state, zip code, phone number, and a valid payment method. Rest assured, your payment details and personal information will not be used for activities other than the subscription.
Social Champ reserves the right to revise the payments for all plans. However, all our users will receive a notice well in advance.
Please note that all accounts on Social Champ are non-transferable.
Refunds
All refunds are catered to on a case-to-case basis. Here’s what will happen in case you move on and ask for a refund:
- If you submit a request for a refund during the first fifteen days of a monthly subscription, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding the processing fee, bank fee & add-on fee charged on your plan.
- If you submit a request for a refund during the first thirty days of an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding the processing fee, bank fee & add-on fee charged on your plan.
- After fifteen days (monthly subscription) or thirty days (annual subscription) of purchase, no refund request will be entertained.
- The refund policy does not apply to customers who come through one-time fees, including but not limited to add-ons, which are non-refundable.
- All your payments will be reverted to your registered bank account within five business days.
We hope it never comes to this. But if it does, we aim to be as helpful as possible and make the process as convenient for you as it is for us to lose a customer as awesome as you!
Information, Data, & Usage
Our primary goal of collecting information from you is to provide you with the products and services made available through Social Champ. We also use your information to enhance the service and its features and to provide adequate customer support.
Information Collected
Social Champ collects personal data when you interact with our product. The data collected includes—but is not limited to, your name, address, IP address, phone number, email, credit card information, billing details, preferences, state, time zones, and zip code.
Information Collected via the Connected Social Media Accounts
If you are using Social Champ’s services, you may be required to inform us of the type of plan you have selected, the number of team members you want to sign up with our platform, and any transaction information about using Social Champ.
We may also request information for your social accounts, including account credentials, to assist in creating or accessing your account through our tool. Our tools supports nine significant networks: Meta (Facebook), Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Mastodon. You will be required to provide us with the information for all the accounts you wish to connect using our tool.
When you connect any of these accounts to Social Champ, we will access some information, including profile image, username/ page ID, access tokens, and sent posts. This will also include analytics, such as engagement rate, likes, impressions, reach, shares, and other essential metrics.
Information Usage
The information you provide while registering your account is used for the utilization of Social Champ’s service, purchases, or for sending us service-related queries. When you use our service, we are liable to collect personally identifiable information, such as IP address, full user name, password, email address, city, time zone, preferences, credit card details, and other billing information, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us with.
We engage with certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, billing, customer relationships, database storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. Your personal information may be shared with these third parties if needed.
Use of Google User Data
If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile or Google Drive to your Social Champ account, we will access certain information obtained from Google regarding your account. In particular, we may store your name, email address, and information on the particular page or profile you connect to, including post content and engagement data. Social Champ will only use this data to provide you with the service you expect and will not be shared with any third parties.
Log Data
When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record information your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information, such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements you click. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address will differ every time you log on. We use Log Data to monitor the use of the Site of our Service and the Site’s technical administration. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to ascertain your identity, except in case of violation of the Terms of Service.
Cookies and Related Technologies
Like many websites, we use “cookie” technology to improve your experience. A cookie is a small data file transferred to your computer’s hard disk. We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information. Social Champ uses cookie sessions to understand how you interact with our site and the platform.
You can change your browser’s cookie settings to stop accepting cookies from the site. Please note if you do not accept cookies, you might not be able to fully utilize the features of Social Champ.
We may display third-party content on the website, such as buttons (like the Facebook share button) that function as web beacons, even if you don’t interact with the buttons. Social Champ does not use information collected from such web beacons. Information collected by third parties in this manner is subject to their own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.

Social Champ is dedicated to safeguarding your personal information by adhering to industry best practices. Our employees receive extensive security training to ensure they handle your data responsibly.
How Social Champ Handles Your YouTube Data
This section supplements our general Privacy Policy (link to your general Privacy Policy here) and explains how Social Champ uses the YouTube Data API to access and process your YouTube channel data.
When you use Social Champ’s services to connect and manage your YouTube channel, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy in addition to our Privacy Policy.
What Data Do We Access Through YouTube API?
When you connect your YouTube channel to Social Champ, we access certain information through the YouTube Data API with your explicit consent. This information may include:
- Profile Information: Profile image, username/page ID, access tokens.
- Content Information: Titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and post dates of your videos.
- Engagement Data: Likes, dislikes, comments, shares, and other relevant metrics for your videos.
How Do We Use Your YouTube Data?
We use the information we access through the YouTube Data API to provide you with the following functionalities:
- Schedule and publish videos: You can schedule and publish your YouTube videos directly through Social Champ.
- Track video performance: Analyze the performance of your videos by viewing metrics like likes, dislikes, and comments.
- Generate reports: You can generate reports that provide insights into your YouTube channel’s performance.
- Manage your YouTube channel: Easily manage your YouTube channel from a single platform, including responding to comments and messages.
We Do Not:
- Share your YouTube data with any third party for advertising purposes.
- Use your YouTube data for any purpose other than those explicitly mentioned above.
Security and Storage:
We take the security of your data very seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your YouTube data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We may store your YouTube data for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services you have requested and in accordance with our data retention policies.
To comply with YouTube’s data retention requirements for features like Analytics, we are obligated to store your YouTube data for a minimum of 30 days.
However, you can always revoke access to your YouTube data from Social Champ at any time.
Revoking Access:
If you’ve given us permission to access your YouTube information, you can also take it away at any time. Just visit the Google security settings page:

You can also revoke Social Champ’s access to your YouTube data at any time by following these steps.
- Log in to your YouTube account.
- Go to “Settings” and then “Connected Apps”.
- Select “See all sites authorized to access your Google Account,” find Social Champ, and click “Remove.”
Once you revoke access, we will delete your YouTube data from Social Champ within seven calendar days.
We limit access to your information and only grant permission on a strict need-to-know basis. Additionally, all employees who interact with your data are bound by confidentiality agreements. To protect your information at all times, we encrypt it both when it’s stored and when it’s being transferred. We take extra precautions with payment information, encrypting it completely and entrusting its handling to organizations certified by the Payment Card Industry (PCI).
Data Withdrawal
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To do so, please send a written request to [email protected]. Your request can take up to ten business days after confirmation. You may continue to receive promotional content, administrative emails, or other messages from Social Champ during this period. Note that deleting your data may limit your ability to use Social Champ’s features.
