Instagram has broadened its Notes feature to cover Reels and feed posts.
This allows users to leave Notes on both types of content in the app. Followers can now use the messaging menu to add a Note, offering a new way to connect with friends.
For feed posts, followers can attach a Note directly to the post, similar to sticky notes. These Notes are temporary, lasting three days, and can only be left by people who follow each other.
Initially, notes were only available in the inbox, but they are now also visible on profiles, providing more interaction options.
