1/2 IMO, one doesn’t work without the other – you have to make the shop window enticing, but then you have to make sure you can look after the clients once they come in. If I had to choose, then I think organic, when done well, can be more sustainable. #ChampsTalk

2/2 My own website was originally over 100 pages! I thought that, if it's on there, then people will buy – instead, it gave visitors 'choice paralysis'. Focus the content on the customer and what they want. #ChampsTalk

It really depends on the industry – I know Facebook Ads require more work nowadays (thanks to iOS changes) and Google Ads / PPC will always be good (budget allowing), but LinkedIn Ads are growing in popularity thanks to a more business-focussed audience. #ChampsTalk
