B2B

[ bee-too-bee ]

B2B stands for business-to-business, which refers to the model where transactions are made between two or more companies directly. It is a strict business model in which companies create products and services for other brands without getting in contact with end consumers. B2B usually is put into four basic categories; producers, resellers, governments, and institutions.

Wholesalers can buy the bulk of products from other businesses and can use it to sell to consumers. End consumers would not be part of the B2B selling and marketing process.

Example

The top B2B companies list includes Alibaba.com, IBM, Slack Technologies, Skype, Hubspot, Salesforce, Odoo, and Zoom Video Communications.
